1. Who we are

References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Click Trading Ltd. References to "you" mean the person using this website or placing an order.

2. How ordering works

There is no online checkout on this website. Prices and product details shown here are an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer.

The ordering process is:

  • You contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email about a product.

  • We confirm availability, the final price, and a delivery date.

  • You confirm you want to proceed.

  • We deliver the goods and you pay on delivery.

A contract between us is formed only when we confirm your order in writing, by WhatsApp message or email. Until that point, no contract exists and either party may walk away without liability.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices shown include VAT at the applicable Maltese rate.

  • Prices are in euro.

  • Delivery charges, if any, will be confirmed before you commit to an order.

  • Payment is due on delivery, by the methods we confirm at the time of ordering.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a price is wrong, we will tell you before the order is confirmed and you may cancel at no cost.

4. Availability

"In stock in Malta" reflects our stock position at the time of writing and is not a guarantee. If an item is unavailable after you enquire, we will tell you and offer an alternative or a delivery timeframe. You are free to decline.

5. Delivery

  • We deliver across Malta and Gozo.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and confirmed per order.

  • Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

  • Please inspect goods on delivery. Tell us about visible damage or a wrong item as soon as reasonably possible so we can put it right quickly.

6. Your right to cancel

Because orders are agreed at a distance, you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. Full details, including how to cancel and what happens to refunds, are set out on our Returns & Warranty page, which forms part of these terms.

7. Guarantees and warranties

Goods we supply come with:

  • The statutory two-year conformity guarantee owed to consumers under Maltese law; and

  • Any manufacturer's commercial warranty stated on the product page, for example the 10-year product warranty on Yuma CIGS panels.

A commercial warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and never replaces them. See our Returns & Warranty page.

8. Product information

We take care to describe products accurately, using manufacturer specifications. Specifications, images and packaging may change without notice. Performance figures such as solar output, cooling times and battery runtimes are manufacturer test figures, and real-world results vary with temperature, shade, load, wiring and installation.

Where a product requires installation, wiring or integration with an existing system, you are responsible for making sure it suits your setup. We are glad to advise, but advice given informally over WhatsApp or phone is guidance, not a professional design or engineering certification.

9. Safe use

Several products we sell involve electricity, lithium batteries, or refrigerant gases. Follow the manufacturer's instructions. Where installation requires a qualified person, for example wiring a panel into a vessel's electrical system, please use one.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from installation carried out by you or a third party. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Website content

All content on this site, including text, images and layout, is owned by us or our suppliers and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. BougeRV is a trade mark of its owner and used here under our dealer arrangement.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections in your country of residence.

13. Complaints and dispute resolution

Contact us first, at info@clicktrading.net or +356 9945 7892, and we will try to resolve things directly.

If we cannot, you may contact the Office for Consumer Affairs at the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA), or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when your order is confirmed.
